DR. ATUL DHIR
Dr. Atul Dhir was born and raised in Saskatoon as the youngest of 3 children. Dr. Dhir attended the University of Saskatchewan for his undergraduate degree in Sociology. In 2004 Dr. Dhir was accepted to the College of Dentistry at the University of Saskatchewan and convocated in 2008. After obtaining his Doctorate of Dental Medicine Degree, Dr. Dhir was selected for a post graduate residency based out of Saskatoon’s Royal University Hospital. During his residency, Dr. Dhir had the opportunity to observe and assist in maxillofacial surgeries, attend to the dental needs of medically compromised patients, manage acute dental trauma on call, provide dental care to special needs patients, and teach at the College of Dentistry. He continues to teach as an associate clinical faculty member at the University of Saskatchewan, College of Dentistry, in the department of periodontics. Dr. Dhir has been in private practice since 2009 following his post graduate residency. Dr. Dhir enjoys his spare time spent with his family, particularly his nieces and nephews as well as his dog, travelling and keeping active at the gym.
